How To Sell Your Under-performing Blog For BIG Money

Not too long ago, in a place not too far away, my good friend Dan
R. Morris, orchestrated a special promotion which was labeled BC
Stack 2021.
In orchestrating this promotion, Dan convinced a LOT of
entrepreneurs to contribute one (or some) of their best products
to a bundle, which everyone then promoted, getting everyone's
offer in front of tens of thousands of eyeballs.
While I contributed to the 2020 edition of this promotion, I
didn't contribute to the 2021 bundle, but I DID help to spread
the word.
I also gained access to the products in the bundle, and there
were literally tens of thousands of dollars worth of great
products in the bundle!
However, having been in business online for 25 years, and having
taken part in dozens of such joint ventures, and having literally
filled up a 10 TERABYBE hard drive with downloads... I restrained
myself when deciding which of the excellent freebies to access.
One that immediately GRABBED my attention was some training by a
young lady named Chelsea Clarke who had sold over $1,000,000 in
small niche sites via her online business marketplace

Going through her training, I discovered that she had a system
for identifying under-performing blogs, refurbishing them in
preparation for sale, and then selling them for prices that I
never imagined a BLOG would be worth!
Chelsea also teaches others to do the same, and she sells blog
sites for many of her clients.
After going through the training, I became convinced that SEVERAL
of my semi-neglected blog sites are easily worth tens of
thousands of dollars, and two are easily worth six-figures.
You see, savvy investors...those who invest in ongoing
businesses, look for profitable but under-performing businesses,
FIX what is wrong with them and step in front of those income
streams.
What happens in the world of refurbishing and flipping blogs is
no different. Investors look for already profitable blogs, buy
them for some multiple of annual earnings, perhaps improve them,
and enjoy the revenue... or flip them.
With a blog, an investor may only have to do something as simple
as swap out affiliate links :-)
ANYWAY, TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:
