What Good Is A Comp Plan If......

Today I ask this....

What good is a comp plan if....

A) You have no one in it?
B) You have to jump through so many hoops to make it rewarding that no one ever makes money

C) Only a few people at the top make anything at all?

So many companies claim..."Our Pay Plan Is The Best"...."We Got It Right"...etc etc.

But in reality, only a handful of people are making any money and they are the ones at the top with a huge downline.

A good comp plan is one that is rewarding to all and that should only pay on products sold, not on bringing a ton of people in.

And the products should be priced so that the average and the heavy hitter can compete on the same playing field.
