I wanted to share something that has been part of my life
for decades—moringa.

Often called the “Miracle Tree,” moringa is a fast-growing
plant whose leaves are packed with nutrients. It’s known

At 67 years old, I’ve been eating moringa regularly
since 1985, when I first met a wonderful young lady
from the Philippines. We were married on May 8th,
