I've mentioned in previous emails that I've now shifted my
attention to building and running a Funding Agency.
What I actually do is reach out to small business owners
who can't qualify for traditional bank financing... by
email, text, social media, virtual networking meetings,
and face-to-face meetings, just informing them of my
business.
Since 90% of the more than 30 million small businesses in
America can't qualify for bank financing, there is a HUGE,
unmet need. Most of these businesses are destined to fail
due to lack of capital, and they can't get it because they
don't have sufficient collateral.
Banks aren't EVIL, they just face regulatory restrictions,
and many require sufficient collateral. Most small business
owners don't own the building that they operate from.
Anyway, when I (my Agency) secure a funding, I typically
earn $3,000 - $5,000, although since we offer funding up
to $2 million, four and five-figure commissions are
possible.
I'm looking for serious people located in the U.S. or
Canada (which is where we offer funding) to do the same
thing that I do. You would become a Certified Funding
Broker, unless you chose to also recruit other brokers and
build your own agency. In that case, you would earn
overrides on brokers that you recruit and train.
The training is 100% free, and you are never charged one
penny for any of the tools or training that we offer.
Nobody in the company earns a penny until someone secures
a funding.
